Guide Dogs and Pets

1. Guide and/or Psychiatric Support Dogs

Guide dogs or animals (only dogs and cats are permitted) for psychiatric assistance may travel in the passenger cabin free of charge‚ with a maximum weight of 40 kg. They must wear their own harness (which must indicate that it is a service dog) and leash at all times. The passenger must present the card that authorizes them to require a guide or psychiatric assistance dog.

Emotional support dogs and cats must comply with the pet policies and must pay their fee.

 2. Pets

Dogs and cats are permitted with a one-way charge and must be transported in a secure carrier (kennel). They may have a maximum weight of 40 kg and are subject to space limitations on the aircraft. They must have a vaccination record and show signs of good health.
