Wheelchairs and reduced mobility passengers

1. Wheelchairs

Conventional wheelchairs can be transported as long as they are foldable. For the transport of wheelchairs powered by electric batteries‚ coordination with the airline must be made 48 hours before the flight‚ the transport of these type of wheelchairs is subject to the operator's regulations.

 

2. People with reduced mobility

Due to security regulations and procedures‚ on our aircraft we can only transport people with the ability to board and
leave the plane by their own means or with the assistance of a companion‚ who must travel with them throughout the journey.
